Who we are

The organisation responsible for this website is AEGISCOMMERCE PTE. LTD., UEN XXXXXXXXX, registered in Singapore. Enquiries about personal data can be sent to our Data Protection Officer at dpo@aegis-commerce.com.

What we collect

If you use the enquiry form we collect: your name, work email, optional company and phone number, the topic you selected, your message, the language of the page you used, and the time of submission.

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process technical data such as IP address, approximate country, and security tokens required to reject automated abuse. We do not run advertising pixels on this site.

Why we collect it

We use enquiry data only to assess and respond to your request, to keep a record of what was asked, and to defend the form against spam and fraud. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Consent

The form is not submitted unless you tick the consent box. You may withdraw consent by emailing dpo@aegis-commerce.com. Withdrawal does not affect handling that was lawful before we received the withdrawal.

Where it is stored

Enquiry records are stored in a MongoDB Atlas database. We intend to run that cluster in Singapore. Hosting for the website itself is on Cloudflare’s network. Email notifications, if configured, are sent through a transactional email provider acting on our instructions.

How long we keep it

Unless a contract or legal duty requires longer, we retain enquiry records for 24 months after the last correspondence on that thread, then delete or irreversibly anonymise them.

Your rights

Subject to the PDPA, you may request access to or correction of personal data we hold, or withdraw consent. Send the request to dpo@aegis-commerce.com from the email address you used on the form. We may need to verify identity before acting.

Transfers

If a processor or a replica sits outside Singapore, we will still be the organisation accountable to you under the PDPA and we will require contractual safeguards from that processor.

Changes

We will update this page when the way we handle data changes. The date at the top is the date of the current version.
